How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a email confirmation with your order details and tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 7 days from the day of receipt, given that we have been notified in writing within the respected period at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for all return charges. We highly recommend insuring and properly packing your returned item adequately as we will not be responsible for any losses or damages during transit. Items tampered with, used, soiled or not in its original condition will be refused and returned at the customers expense. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Returns must be shipped back within 3 days of an issued RMA. Items returned without an RMA will be rejected and returned at the customers expense. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment within 14 days. At this time, online orders cannot be returned in person at any of our locations. All archive and clearance items are sold "as is" and final sale.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for your return.
Can I view your inventory in person?
Yes; However, we highly recommend you contacting us beforehand incase the rug needs to be transferred from our warehouse. Most of our inventory is not shown online.
When will out of stock items be available?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check an items backorder status.
Do you make custom rugs?
Roya offers custom sizes and shapes on most of our running handmade collections. We also have the capability to create bespoke designs and colors to your needs. Please contact our showroom for more information.
